Installing a new font on your computer is really easy. 

Fonts are available on the internet and vary in price from free to around $30.00.  A font is downloaded from the internet as one file.  It is then extracted as detailed below.

Here are some fonts that may be appropriate.

 MyFonts.com is a site that sells fonts.  Another is Fonts.com.  Search the sites for "script" to quickly find a font that may be appropriate.

Fonts come in several different types.  True Type fonts and Open Type fonts will work.

To install a font on your computer:

  • Download and unzip (unpack) the font as follows:
    • right click the Start button
    • select Explore All Users
    • navigate to the folder into which you downloaded the font
    • double click the font file
    • hold down the control key on you key board and click each file in the expanded font file (there are probably three files)
    • right click a file and select copy
    • create a new folder any where and call it for example NewFont
    • right click in NewFont and select paste
    • the font files are now unpacked.
  • Continue installing the font by selecting the Start button > Control Panel > Fonts.
  • Double click the font folder
    • in XP select File > Install New Font
    • in Vista right click in the font listing area and select Install New Font
  • Navigate to NewFont folder created earlier (above).
    • use the Drives box to select the hard drive where the font is located
    • use the Folders box to select the folder in which the font is located
    • the List of Fonts box shows the font.
  • Select the font.
  • Make sure the "Copy fonts to Fonts folder" box is checked
  • Click the Ok button to install the font.
  • Windows installs your new font. 
  • Restart LabelEase to use the new font.
