So let's get started.

This is a demonstration on  how to print addresses on envelopes  in LabelEase.

If addresses are in Excel this is how to import addresses  into LabelEase.   Addresses can also be imported from Outlook.

An address can be entered directly into LabelEase

LabelEase can manage multiple address lists by using categories.  Because a shower address differs from the wedding invitation address, multiple address lists are immediately necessary.   This video demonstrates how LabelEase manages address lists  for the shower, shower gift thank you cards, wedding invitations and so on.

LabelEase will print on any envelope or postcard size.  Wedding correspondence come in many different sizes.  This is a video demonstrating how to create an envelope or postcard  object in LabelEase.  It also shows how to print an addresses on the back flap of an envelope.

This video demonstrates how to print addresses on a sheet of postcards .

Some printers will not print correctly to unusual envelope or postcard sizes.  HP OfficeJet and HP PhotSmart printers are an example.  Most wedding envelopes are an usual size.  In this case a "Papersize" must be created in the printer.  This video demonstrates how to create a papersize in a printer .  Determine whether or not your printer will print correctly by printing some addresses on a piece of paper cut to the size of your envelope or postcard.

Injet printers will not print well on glossy envelopes as the ink tends to smear.  A light application of hair spray can help.

LabelEase will print addresses using any font installed on your computer (and in any color).  Here are some fonts .

Seating plans can also be managed with LabelEase.

LabelEase runs on Windows.
