Addressing etiquette
It is never a good idea to
reinvent the wheel so rather than re-creating the
information I am providing this link to
wedding
address etiquette.
Fonts
LabelEase will print addresses using any font installed
on your computer (and in any color). The
wedding font page
provides more detail on how to work with fonts.
Address Smearing
An addresses printed with a inkjet or bubble jet printer
may smear if it gets wet. A light application of clear
hair spray will prevent this from happening.
It is always a good idea to run a "utility" envelope
through the printer, printing a bogus address to clean the
print head. When the printer is idol, ink sometimes
accumulates on the printer head. Printing a utility
envelope will clean the print head and prevent smearing.
Address Entry
What follows is a description of how LabelEase can be used
to address wedding correspondences. It is a
guide showing address entry and category tags. It
shows how names and addresses are entered and assigned
categories. It shows how to reduce typing and quickly
create addresses by editing an existing address.
It shows how LabelEase can save and easily retrieve the
address list for the shower, wedding, the names for the
place cards etc.
