Printing Addresses and Graphics on Flyers

LabelEase will print addresses on flyers.  This video shows how to print address on flyers .

The steps required to print addresses on flyers are as follows:

  •  Open the flyer  in LabelEase.
  • Retrieve addresses from the LabelEase address list.
  • Put the addresses on to the flyer.  Drag over the addresses with the left mouse button depressed.  Then with the RIGHT mouse button depressed drag and drop the addresses to a label.
  • Click the print preview or print icon to print the addresses on labels.

Through the use of categories  LabelEase maintains multiple address lists. When an address is created or imported it is assigned a category. Retrieve a list of addresses by entering a category in the category search box. In this case I'll use a category of "Wedding".

Addresses can be imported into LabelEase.  LabelEase will import addresses from Excel, import addresses directly from Outlook, import addresses from a CSV (comma seperated values) file or import addresses from a tab delimited file. If your addresses are in the Microsoft Address Book, export the Microsoft Address Book  to a CSV file and then import them into LabelEase
