LabelEase is address printing software that will easily print
labels, address an envelope, post card or flyer.
It should be easy to print labels or
address an envelope. I
should be able to enter a few keyboard characters to retrieve
an address or multiple addresses. I should then be able to drag
and drop the address to ANY address label or envelope, click
'Print' and be done. And I should be able to print multiple
addresses just as easily.
Well, a few years ago I searched for a label printer that would
satisfactorily print labels and address an envelope but found
none. The programs I found were either packed with features I
didn't need and were clumsy to use or, just didn't do enough.
So, I decided to create an address printing program / label
printer myself, and LabelEase was born.
I've applied a love of efficiency to the creation of LabelEase,
which has become an address book / address printing program.
With a minimum of clicks (just a few) I can store addresses,
search and retrieve addresses by name, street, city, category
etc, formatted for any international address format. I can drag
and drop one or more addresses to ANY address label or envelope.
NO MORE WASTED LABELS. In short, I can find and print an
address, from start to finish ... IN JUST SECONDS!
I tried to make LabelEase so efficient and easy to use that it
would replace hand writing addresses and a hand written address
book. We've done several tests, timing how long it takes to
find an addresses and write addresses manually versus using
LabelEase. The results are close for one address but LabelEase
always comes out ahead in accuracy. When ever more than one
address label or envelope is required LabelEase wins hands
down. (... think Christmas.)
Always knowing where your addresses are stored is also an
advantage. Your address list is always safe as it can be backed
up to a safe location. When an operating system has to be
reinstalled (which I hope never happens) just restore the
LabelEase data files, reinstall LabelEase and you're back in
business. No lost addresses.
LabelEase is unlike any other address printing software. It
emphasizes efficiency and ease of use. LabelEase is another

requirements. It is particularly good for Christmas labels and

My wife was a die-hard, former "little black book" user but now
she loves LabelEase.
Another feature lacking in other label printing software was the
ability to add fields to the address after the database was
created. (In LabelEase this is called altering the locale.)
Adding address fields is required regularly so in LabelEase a
field can be added at any time.
It also came to my attention that most label printing software
didn't handle international address formats (locales) very
well. In LabelEase all international addresses are supported.
Sometimes you may have an address that you wish to print buy do
not need to save it. The address can be dragged and dropped
from Word or Acrobat Reader to any label or envelope. Or the
address can be copied and pasted as some applications do not
support dragging and dropping.
