About Us

Neil Richardson was looking for software that would print labels or address envelopes. He didn’t find anything that was easy enough and powerful enough.

He decided to write software that does what he wants.

He calls it LabelEase

He designed LabelEase to replace hand writing addresses and a hand written address book. He even tested LabelEase against manual envelope addressing. They came out even with one envelope. LabelEase won easily with more than one.

Neil’s wife clung to her “little black book” for quite a while, but now even she is using LabelEase.

Neil made sure LabelEase prints labels, too. 

Neil and his wife live in beautiful Lewiston, New York, which is on the Niagara River.
