Address Label Printing
LabelEase will print addresses on labels of any size.
This page shows how to print address labels.
Extensive help on how to print labels and print
addresses on envelopes exists in LabelEase Help.
I've also created a video
demo showing how to print address labels.
The steps required to print address labels are:
-
Click to open a labelsheet in the display panel
- Retrieve addresses from the address list
- Drag and Drop the addresses to any label on the
labelsheet
- Click Print to print the address labels.
Addresses can be imported
into LabelEase. LabelEase will import addresses
from Excel, import addresses from Outlook, import addresses
from a CSV file or import addresses from a tab delimited
file. Extensive help on how to import addresses exists
in LabelEase Help. If your addresses are in the
Microsoft Address Book,
export
the Microsoft Address Book to a CSV file and then import
them into LabelEase
As mentioned above LabelEase will print addresses on
labels of any size.
The following steps explain how to create a
labelsheet.
- Open the Labelsheet Designer Form
-
Set the labelsheet size, orientation and barcode mode.
-
If a ruler is required for the next step you can
print one.
-
Set the labelsheet borders, channels and label quantity.
- Set
font name, style and size. Choose any size font.
LabelEase will reduce the font of each individual
address until the address fits on the label.
- Click File | SaveAs to
save the
labelsheet.
- The
newly saved labelsheet can now be opened and used to
print addresses.
- Click Print to print the address on the labels.
Any number of labelsheets can be created.
The LabelEase address list can be copied to a central
location and used by multiple users.
An address can be copied and pasted, or dragged and
dropped from Word, Acrobat Reader or the internet onto any
media type, labels, envelopes, post cards or flyers.
The address does not have to come from the LabelEase address
list.
Lots of features exist inside LabelEase that make label
printing easy.
