Address Label Printing
This is a video demonstration on
how
to print addresses on labels
in LabelEase.
The steps required to print addresses on labels are as
follows:
Through the use of
categories
LabelEase maintains multiple address
lists. When an address is created or imported it is
assigned a category. Retrieve a list of addresses by
entering a category in the category search box. In this
case I'll use a category of "Wedding".
Addresses
can be imported into LabelEase.
LabelEase will
import addresses from Excel, import addresses directly from
Outlook, import addresses from a CSV (comma seperated
values) file or import addresses from a tab delimited file.
If your addresses are in the Microsoft Address Book,
export
the Microsoft Address Book to a CSV file and then
import them into LabelEase
This video demostrates
how
to change the layout and size of a labelsheet.
LabelEase will print addresses and graphics on labels of
any size.
Any number of labelsheet definitions can be created and
saved. Do this by editing the labelsheet and selecting
in the MediaPage Designer, File | Save As.
The LabelEase address list can be copied to a central
location and used by multiple users. Lots of features
exist inside LabelEase that make address
printing easy.
